In 2024, we personally trained over 4,000 travel agents and reached an additional 25,000 through B2B events, roadshows, familiarisation trips and trade conferences.

We help our clients to enhance awareness of their brands and properties by ensuring front-of-mind recognition.

We do this by creating industry loyalty. It’s our mission to ensure that all front-line sales staff have the skills, confidence and tools to promote and sell our clients’ products.

We offer the following Business Development & Trade Engagement services to our clients:

  • Conduct regular face-to-face and virtual product training for their brands and properties

  • Source, organise and attend our own and partner-led B2B events, roadshows and workshops on their behalf

  • Source, organise and attend relevant trade and consumer shows on their behalf

  • Create and manage B2B social media channels on their behalf in order to maximise travel agent engagement

  • Organise, coordinate and host regular Familiarisation Trips to client destinations and properties

  • Respond to travel agent and reservations staff queries and provide support with any special requests

  • Design, procure and distribute promotional items on their behalf (using local manufacturers)

  • Design and distribute digital and traditional sales toolkits and travel agent guides on their behalf

  • Create and distribute regular travel agent e-newsletters sent on their behalf to our sizeable trade databases
