Pauline joined the Cara team in 2023 with responsibility for travel agent engagement in the French, Belgian and Dutch markets. Before this she worked as an Event Producer, travelling the world to deliver experiences in the tech, marketing and fashion industries.

In her current role of Sales & Business Development Executive, Pauline spends much of her time out on-the-road, delivering targeted product training to the travel trade. On behalf of a selection of our clients, she is also responsible for results-driven account management of our tour operator partners across the UK & European markets. With a passion for developing face-to-face relationships, she’s always looking to grow and leverage her network in order to uncover the best possible opportunities.

Now based in London, Pauline has also spent time living in Paris and Barcelona. And with a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Management, she is perfectly placed to understand and respond to the nuances of each different market.
