Pauline joined the Cara team in 2023 in the position of Business Development Executive with responsibility for the French, Belgian and Dutch markets. Before this she worked as an Event Producer, travelling the world to deliver experiences in the tech, marketing and fashion industries.

Pauline now spends much of her time out on-the-road, delivering targeted product training to the travel trade on behalf of our clients. She also attends and organises her own dedicated workshops and events in France & Benelux to build awareness of their brands and resorts. She is passionate about face-to-face relationships and is always looking to extend her network of connections to uncover the best possible opportunities.

Now based in London, Pauline has also spent time living in Paris and Barcelona. And with a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Management, she is perfectly placed to understand and respond to the nuances of the French and Benelux markets.
