Paul joined Cara in 2010 from the Product & Contracting team at UK tour operator, Trailfinders. With 20 years’ experience in the industry and a passion for the Caribbean, Mexico and Indian Ocean, he has an outstanding knowledge of the UK & European markets and a strong track record of delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Paul became a co-owner of the business in 2025, and in his role as Joint Managing Director he passionately oversees the strategic direction of the wider Cara team - keeping the ship sailing in the right direction to ensure effective delivery of our clients’ commercial strategies. He manages our client relationships at a senior/executive level and is also heavily involved in new business acquisition.

Paul has been instrumental in the creation and rollout of Cara’s Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Core Values, and serves as the company’s ambassador to ensure that the team work with these in mind every day.
