Lauren joined Cara in 2019 from the trade sales team at Caribtours, a UK-based Caribbean specialist. Prior to this, she cut her travel industry teeth as a resort representative for Thomas Cook before returning to the UK and joining Olympic Holidays in a trade-facing role.

Lauren now has responsibility for the development and implementation of all Business Development and Trade Marketing strategies in the UK & European markets on behalf of our clients. This includes travel agent engagement strategies, optimising partnerships with the trade media and leading the creative strategy for our clients’ own sales and marketing campaigns across the UK & Europe.

A creative, out-of-the-box thinker, Lauren is never shy to throw new ideas into the ring. She and her team are constantly out on the road, building travel agent knowledge and loyalty for our clients and ensuring that their brands and resorts are considered the “go to” product amongst the UK & European travel trade.
