Laureen joined the Cara team in 2023. Having completed a 3-year apprenticeship with Maritim Hotels in her home city of Hannover, she received a Hotel Clerk certification where she worked across the front desk, reservations and housekeeping departments. She’s therefore well-placed in her current role to find a balance between the needs of travel agents and those of our clients’ resorts.

Laureen flies the flag for our clients in the German, Austrian & Swiss markets, building awareness, knowledge and loyalty for their brands and resorts amongst the travel agent community. She spends much of her time out on-the-road and loves nothing better than spending valuable face-time with our trade partners.

Never one to shy away from a challenge or opportunity, Laureen also hates to sit still! It’s therefore no surprise that her annual calendar is booked up far in advance with an exciting mix of travel agent visits, roadshows, conferences and FAM trips.
