Joana joined Cara in 2026, bringing with her a background in hospitality, tourism and aviation which has seen her working across operational and client-facing roles. This experience has given her a strong understanding of the travel journey, from initial supplier and partner engagement through to the end customer experience.

More recently, she managed golf, corporate and leisure bookings for a 5* property within The Links Collection portfolio, where she was responsible for investor and partner relations and also worked closely with tour operators, travel partners and high-value clients.

Having lived and worked in several countries, Joana brings an international perspective and strong understanding of different source markets. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, she now works exclusively for our client Decameron All Inclusive Hotels & Resorts, representing their full portfolio at B2B events, travel trade and consumer shows, agent road shows and other industry networking events, with the goal of strengthening Decameron’s presence across the UK & European markets.
