Edouard joined Cara in 2015 from UK tour operator Kuoni, where he was the Contracting Manager for Mauritius, Seychelles, Spanish Caribbean and Middle East.

He became a co-owner of the business in 2025, and in his current role as Joint Managing Director he oversees the implementation and management of our clients’ revenue management strategies across the UK & European markets, with the aim of increasing sales and maximising ADR. With excellent negotiation skills, strategic and analytical insight and a strong understanding of the competitive environment, Edouard provides high-quality, results-driven leadership to the Cara team and ensures that we are consistently delivering first-rate results for our clients.

Edouard also holds primary responsibility for annual contracting with key partners on behalf of our clients, including TUI Group. He works closely with each of their senior purchasing teams to deliver mutually beneficial and successful relationships.
