Daphne joined the Cara team in 2023 from the UK division of tour operator Travel Impressions, where she’d spent 10 years working as a Senior Reservations Specialist and was frequently recognised as the team’s top sales performer. Prior to this, she worked in retail as a Senior Travel Consultant for American Express Vacations.

Since joining the team, Daphne has spent much of her time out on-the-road meeting our trade partners and building awareness and loyalty for our clients’ brands and resorts – something she is passionate about doing.

With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Daphne has an extensive and in-depth knowledge of how travel agencies and tour operators do business, which benefits her greatly in this senior trade-facing role.
