Chloe joined the Cara team in 2026, bringing with her three years’ experience at Audley Travel where she held a variety of client-facing roles. Here she gained valuable experience working with high-net-worth clients, helping to inspire their travel plans and supporting them throughout the booking process, which also involved frequent collaboration with external suppliers. 

With an academic background in Marketing and Management, Chloe also previously ran her own style and personal branding business, where she worked one-to-one with clients to understand their goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs. This experience has honed her skills in relationship-building, communication and understanding what drives people — skills she now applies to developing strong partnerships within the travel agent community on behalf of our clients’ brands and resorts.

Having lived in the UK, US and Jamaica, Chloe brings a global perspective to her role. Working in the UK & Irish markets, she spends much of her time out on the road meeting trade partners, attending events, roadshows and conferences, as well as hosting FAM trips to our clients’ destinations and resorts.
