Alina joined the Cara team in 2026, having completed her dual degree in Tourism Management. During her studies, she gained valuable hands-on experience working in the hospitality industry, which gave her a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations and guest services.

Alongside her academic journey, Alina regularly worked at travel trade fairs and roadshows across Germany, Austria & Switzerland, which allowed her to build up a solid knowledge of the industry and network of connections, which she now utilises in her role as Business Development Executive for the DACH markets.

Based in Stuttgart, she focuses on building awareness, knowledge and loyalty for our clients’ brands and resorts throughout the travel agent community. Alina particularly enjoys being out on-the-road, engaging in meaningful conversations with partners and strengthening her relationships across the industry.
